Abstract
This study aims to look at gender inequality and its effects from the fields of Education, Health, Employment and Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Growth in Indonesia. More specifically, this study analyzes the effect of gender inequality as seen from the Mean Years School (Education), Life Expectancy (Health), female and male Labor Force Participation Rates (Employment) and Foreign Direct Investment on gross regional domestic product in 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2017-2021. This study uses secondary data and panel data with the FEM (Fixed Effect Model) equation using eviews. The results of this study indicate that the Mean Years School for women has a positive and significant effect on PDRB, then the Mean Years School for men has a negative and significant effect on PDRB, then Life Expectancy for women has a positive and significant effect on PDRB, then Life Expectancy for men have a positive and significant effect on PDRB, at the Labor Force Participation Rate women have no influence and are not significant on PDRB then the Labor Force Participation Rate for men has a positive and significant effect on PDRB, and Foreign Direct Investment in women has a positive and significant effect on PDRB then Foreign Direct Investment in men has no influence and is not significant on PDRB.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ketimpangan gender dan pengaruhnya dilihat dari bidang Pendidikan, Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan dan Penanaman Modal Asing terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Indonesia. Lebih spesifiknya, penelitian ini menganalisa pengaruh ketimpangan gender yang dilihat dari Rata-Rata Lama Sekolah (Pendidikan), Angka Harapan Hidup (Kesehatan), Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (Ketenagakerjaan) perempuan dan laki-laki dan Penanaman Modal Asing terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto pada 34 provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan data panel dengan persamaan FEM (Fixed Effect Model) menggunakan eviews. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Rata-Rata Lama Sekolah perempuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB lalu Rata-Rata Lama Sekolah laki-laki berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB, selanjutnya Angka Harapan Hidup perempuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB lalu Angka Harapan Hidup laki-laki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB, pada Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja perempuan tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap PDRB lalu Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja laki-laki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB, dan Penanaman Modal Asing pada perempuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB lalu Penanaman Modal Asing pada laki-laki tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap PDRB. | |||||||||
