Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the HI ECD program in Permata Ibu Kindergarten, by focusing on how teachers implement HI ECD. The purpose of this study was to find out specifically the implementation of PAUD HI in Permata Ibu Kindergarten. The subjects in this study were 1 school principal and 2 group B teachers at Permata Ibu Kindergarten. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that with the implementation of PAUD HI in Permata Kindergarten, the mother of the child gets the services of his essential needs quite well by fulfilling the elements of Holistic Integrative namely education, health, nutrition, and care, care, protection, and welfare. Additional Information: Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada penerapan program PAUD HI di TK Permata Ibu, dengan memfokuskan bagaimana guru menerapkan PAUD HI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara khusus dengan diterapkannya PAUD HI di TK Permata Ibu. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang kepala sekolah dan 2 orang guru kelompok B di TK Permata Ibu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan redukasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya penerapan PAUD HI di TK Permata Ibu anak mendapatkan pelayanan kebutuhan esensial nya dengan cukup baik dengan memenuhi unsur dari Holistik Integratif yaitu pendidikan, kesehatan, gizi, dan perawatan, pengasuhan, perlindungan, dan kesejahteraan.
