Abstract
In the framework of strengthening Pancasila ideology as a guide the life of the nation and society, the Government of President Jokowi Pancasila ideology construction reaffirm by doing an overhaul of Regulations against President Number 54 Years 2017 Unit The work of the President of the construction of the Pancasila Ideology Pancasila Coaching Body becomes and the Ministerial institutions subject to presidential Regulation number 7 Year 2018 on the Agency's construction of the ideology of Pancasila. The methods used in this research is qualitative research methods, namely the research refers to the legal norms contained in legislation and court rulings as well as norms that live and thrive in society. This type of penilitian use the juridical normative research, normative juridical approach that refers to the legal norms contained in legislation and court rulings as well as the legal norms that exist in Communities related to the principal problems that will be discussed in this study. The results of this research is that the institutionalization of pancasila ideology urgensitas less effective in practice, and that should be addressed in the aspect of the function and duty of the position of institutional BPIP. | Additional Information: | Dalam rangka penguatan ideologi Pancasila sebagai pedoman kehidupan berbangsa dan bermasyarakat, Pemerintahan Presiden Jokowi menguatkan kembali pembinaan ideologi Pancasila dengan melakukan perombakan terhadap Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2017 Unit Kerja Presiden Pembinaan Pancasila menjadi Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila dan juga menjadi lembaga setingkat Menteri yang diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 7 Tahun 2018 tentang Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang mengacu pada norma hukum yang terdapat dalam perundang-undangan dan putusan pengadilan serta norma-norma yang hidup dan berkembang dalam masyarakat. Jenis penilitian ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif, pendekatan yuridis normatif tersebut mengacu kepada norma-norma hukum yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan putusan-putusan pengadilan serta norma-norma hukum yang ada dalam Masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah bahwa urgensitas pelembagaan ideologi pancasila kurang efektif dalam praktiknya, dan masih banyak yang harus dibenahi dalam aspek tugas pokok fungsi serta kedudukan dari kelembagaan BPIP.
