Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a survey method that aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy, learning independence, and readiness to use e-learning on the online learning process of students SMK in Kota Cilegon. This research consists of 4 variables, namely, Self-Efficacy (X1), Independent Learning (X2), Readiness to Use E-Learning (X3) and Learning Process (Y). Data collection was taken by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form, then after the data was collected, it was processed using the SPSS application. The population used is students SMK in Kota Cilegon as many as 4,838 students. For the sample using purposive sampling technique. The samples obtained were 484 students, tested for validity and reliability, then 439 students were used as a hypothesis test. The results showed that there was a relationship between self-efficacy and the online learning process with a sig value (0.000 <0.05), the magnitude of the relationship was 23.5%. There is a relationship between learning independence and the online learning process with a sig value (0.000 <0.05), the magnitude of the relationship is 25.6%. There is a relationship between the readiness to use e-learning and the online learning process with a sig value (0.000 <0.05), the magnitude of the relationship is 38.1%. There is a relationship between self-efficacy and learning independence simultaneously (simultaneous) to the online learning process with a sig value (0.000 <0.05), the magnitude of the relationship is 27.9%. There is a relationship between learning independence and readiness to use e-learning simultaneously (simultaneous) to the online learning process with a sig value (0.000 < 0.05), the magnitude of the relationship is 40.4%. There is a relationship between self-efficacy and readiness to use e-learning simultaneously (simultaneously) with the online learning process with a sig value (0.000 <0.05), the magnitude of the relationship is 40.5%. There is a relationship between self-efficacy, learning independence and readiness to use e-learning simultaneously (simultaneous) to the online learning process with a value (0.000 <0.05), the magnitude of the relationship is 41.2%.

Sampel yang didapat sebanyak 484 siswa, dengan di uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian 439 siswa digunakan sebagai uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian penunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri terhadap proses pembelajaran daring dengan nilai sig (0.000 < 0.05), besar hubungannya adalah sebesar 23.5%. Adanya hubungan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap proses pembelajaran daring dengan nilai sig (0.000 < 0.05), besar hubungannya adalah sebesar 25.6%. Adanya hubungan antara kesiapan menggunakan e-learning terhadap proses pembelajaran daring dengan nilai sig (0.000 < 0.05), besar hubungannya adalah sebesar 38.1%. Adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar secara bersamaan (simultan) terhadap proses pembelajaran daring dengan nilai sig (0.000 < 0.05), besar hubungannyan adalah sebesar 27.9%. Adanya hubungan antara kemandirian belajar dan kesiapan menggunakan e-learning secara bersamaan (simultan) terhadap proses pembelajaran daring dengan nilai sig (0.000 < 0.05), besar hubungannya adalah sebesar 40.4%. Adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri dan kesiapan menggunakan e�learning secara bersamaan (simultan) terhadap proses pembelajaran daring dengan nilai sig (0.000 < 0.05), besar hubungannya adalah sebesar 40.5%. Adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri, kemandirian belajar dan kesiapan menggunakan e-learning secara bersamaan (simultan) terhadap proses pembelajaran daring dengan nilai (0.000 < 0.05), besar hubungannya adalah sebesar 41.2%.
