Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Supply Chain Management (SCM) which is proxied by Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship, Cooperation, and Process Integration on Competitive Advantage at Coffee Shops in Serang City. The method used in this research is quantitative research with causal research. The population and sample in this study used the slovin technique (Sugiyono, 2017) with a predetermined formula and a total sample of 58 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used the SmartPLS 3.3.3 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in coffee shops. (2) Long term relationship has an influence on competitive advantage in coffee shops but has not been proven statistically in the context of this study.. (3) Cooperation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in coffee shops. (4) Process Integration has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in coffee shops.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang diproksikan oleh Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship, Cooperation, dan Process Integration terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing pada Coffee Shop di Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik slovin (Sugiyono, 2017) dengan rumus yang telah ditentukan dan jumlah sampel yang terhitung sebanyak 58 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Information sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada coffee shop. (2) Long term relationship memiliki pengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada coffee shop namun belum terbukti secara statistik dalam konteks penelitian ini. (3) Cooperation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada coffee shop. (4) Process Integration berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada coffee shop.
