Abstract
Mass vaccination carried out by the government in order to reduce the transmission rate of Covid 19 is a form of health services in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 11 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Vaccination in the Context of Overcoming the Corona Pandemic Diseas 19 (Covid-19), The Cilegon City Health service data above indicates that the Cilegon City regional government is serious in responding to mass vaccination According to data obtained by the people of Cilegon City amounting to 434.9 thousand people and who have participated in the Dose 1 vaccine amounted to 75.79% or equivalent to 249,729 people and Dose 2 amounted to 64.08% or equivalent to 211,119 people. As for the identification of problems in this study, what is the role of the government in health service policies related to mass vaccination in Cilegon City against the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Vaccination in the Context of Overcoming the Corona Virus Diseas (Covid-19) Pandemic?Then, what are the obstacles of the Cilegon City Health Office to the implementation of mass vaccination in Cilegon City? The theories used in this study are public service theory and law enforcement theory. The method in this study uses empirical juridical methods. Descriptive analytical research specifications. The data source uses primary data and is supported by secondary data. The technique of collecting data in this research is by means of interviews. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively with a qualitative data analysis approach. The research location of the Cilegon City Health Office. The results of research regarding public awareness to vaccinate are decreasing day by day from the first vaccine, based on vaccine data in August 2022 it reached 96.61% with a minimum of one dose, for the second vaccination the percentage decreased by 85.7%. From the data, besides showing that the enthusiasm of citizens for vaccines is increasing day by day, the dose is decreasing. The government needs to carry out socialization related to mass vaccination for the third and fourth doses so that there is no spread of the covid-19 virus in Cilegon City, in this case Cilegon City as a Healthy City because the people want to vaccinate to maintain body immunity. In conclusion, the implementation of the Mass Vaccination Health Service can sign an increase in the Covid-19 virus in Cilegon City. Suggestions from the Government, especially the Cilegon City Health Office, are increasingly massive in socializing the benefits of safe and halal vaccines in accordance with BPOM so that there is no decline in the third and fourth vaccines. Adapun identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini, Bagaimana peran pemerintah terhadap kebijakan pelayanan Kesehatan terkait vaksinasi masal di Kota Cilegon terhadap peraturan menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 10 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi Dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemic Corona Virus Diseas (Covid-19)?. Kemudian, Bagaimana kendala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cilegon terhadap pelaksanaan vaksinasi massal di Kota Cilegon? Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, teori pelayanan publik dan teori penegakan hukum. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris. Spesifikasi penelitian analitis deskriptif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan ditunjang dengan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan cara wawancara. Data diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif pendekatan analisa data kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cilegon. Hasil penelitian mengenai kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan vaksinasi yang semakin hari semakin menurun dari vaksin pertama, berdasarkan data vaksin Agustus 2022 mencapai 96,61% dengan minimal satu dosis, untuk vaksinasi kedua mengalami penurunan presentase 85,7%. Dari data disamping menunjukan bahwa antusias warga untuk vaksin semakin hari semakin menambah dosis semakin menurun. Pemerintah perlu megadakaan sosialisasi terkait vaksinasi massal untuk dosis ketiga dan keempat agar tidak terjadi penyebaran virus covid-19 di Kota Cilegon dalam hal ini akan menjadi Kota Cilegon sebagai Kota yang Sehat karena masyarakatnya keinginan vaksinasi demi menjaga imunitas tubuh. Kesimpulannya dengan terimplemantasikannya Pelayanan Kesehatan Vaksinasi Masal dapat meneken adanya peningkatan virus Covid-19 yang ada di Kota Cilegon. Saran Pemeritah khususnya Dinas Kehatan Kota Cilegon semakin masif dalam mensosialisasikan terkait manfaat dari vaksin aman dan halal sesuai dengan BPOM agar tidak terjadi penurunan untuk vaksin ketiga dan vaksin keempat Kata kunci : Implementasi, Vaksinasi Massal, Covid-19 | |||||||||
