Abstract
The largest sub-sector in the role of forming the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Banten Province in the agricultural sector is in the food crops subsector. However, things are different from the situation experienced by farmers, where it is known that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the GRDP of Banten Province which continues to increase is not in line with the welfare of farmers as measured by The Farmers Terms of Trade (FToT) which has decreased in 2015-2017 and 2020. This research was conducted to determine the development of Farmers Terms of Trade (FToT) of food crop subsector and analyze the factors that influence between the variables of productivity, inflation, the basic price of grain, and labor wages toward the farmers terms of trade in Banten Province. The type of data used in this study uses secondary data in the form of time series from 2014 to 2020. The research uses descriptive analysis and linear regression analysis. The analysis tool used the SPSS version 21 program. The results showed that the monthly development value of food crops subsector Farmers Terms of Trade (FToT) in Banten Province still had a declining condition and there was a condition where FToT was in a position below 100. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out It is known that productivity has a negative and significant effect on food crops Farmers Terms of Trade. Inflation has a negative and significant effect on ffood crops Farmers Terms of Trade. The basic price of grain has a positive and significant effect on food crops Farmers Terms of Trade. Wages have a negative and significant effect on food crops Farmers Terms of Trade.

| Additional Information: | Subsektor yang paling besar peranannya dalam pembentukan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Provinsi Banten pada sektor pertanian adalah subsektor tanaman pangan. Namun berbeda dengan keadaan yang dialami petani, dimana diketahui kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap PDRB Provinsi Banten yang terus meningkat tidak sejalan dengan kesejahteraan petani yang diukur dengan Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) yang mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2015-2017 dan 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) subsektor tanaman pangan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi antara variabel produktivitas, inflasi, harga dasar gabah, dan upah buruh terhadap nilai tukar petani di Provinsi Banten. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa time series dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat analisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan Nilai Tukar Petani Tanaman Pangan (NTP-P) di Provinsi Banten masih mengalami kondisi penurunan dan terdapat kondisi dimana NTP-P berada pada posisi di bawah angka 100. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa produktivitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tukar petani tanaman pangan. Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tukar petani tanaman pangan. Harga dasar gabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tukar petani tanaman pangan. Upah kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tukar petani tanaman pangan. | |||||||||
