Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Discipline (X1), Work Environment (X2), Interpersonal Communication (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). Data management using the SmartPLS (Partial least Square) application with measurement model testing techniques (Inner Model), Structural model testing techniques (Outer Model) and hypothesis testing. There is a population of 121 Library and Archive Service Employees of Banten Province and with the Saturated Sample Method, there is a sample used by 80 Respondents. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods, and associative causal relationships. The novelty in this study is (1) The objects in this study are permanent employees of the Library and Archives Office of Banten Province (2) Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the parameter coefficient value of 0.117 with the results of managing the statistical value <t value table (0.652 <1.98) with a significant level of P value (0.515> 0.05). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the parameter coefficient value of 0.752 with the results of managing the t statistic > t table value (5.428 > 1.96) with a significant level of P value (0.000 <0.05). Interpersonal communication has a negative and insignificant effect as evidenced by the parameter coefficient value -0.072 with the results of managing the t statistic value <t table (0.458 <1.98) with a significant level of P value (0.647> 0.05).

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Komunikasi Interpersonal (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Pengelolaan data Menggunakan Aplikasi SmartPLS (Partial least Square) dengan teknik pengujian model pengukuran (Inner Model), teknik pengujian model Struktural (Outer Model) serta pengujian hipotesis. Terdapat populasi 121 orang Pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Banten dan bersama Metode Sampel Jenuh, terdapat Sampel yang digunakan 80 Responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dan asosiatif hubungan kausal. Kebaharuan (Novelty) dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai tetap Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Banten (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien parameter 0,117 dengan hasil pengelolaan nilai tstatistik < t tabel bernilai (0,652<1,98) dengan tingkat signifikan P value (0,515>0,05). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien parameter 0,752 dengan hasil pengelolaan nilai t statistik > t tabel bernilai (5,428 > 1,96) dengan tingkat signifikan P value (0,000 < 0,05). Komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien parameter -0,.072 dengan hasil pengelolan nilai t statistik < t tabel bernilai (0,458 < 1,98) dengan tingkat signifikan P value (0,647> 0,05).
