Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi Kebijakan Pengendalian Dampak Pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19) Pada Sektor Pendidikan Di Kota Tangerang. Latar belakang penelitan ini adalah kurangnya optimalisasi pelaksanaan program pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) sebagai bentuk pengendalian dampak pandemi pada sektor pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana Evaluasi Kebijakan Pengendalian Dampak Pandemi Pada Sektor Pendidikan Di Kota Tangerang. Teori yang digunakan adalah Evaluasi Kebijakan dari William N. Dunn (2003:610), kriteria evaluasi kebijakan meliputi efektif, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas, ketepatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik di tingkat Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK), Sekolah Dasar (SD) Sekolah Mnengah Pertama (SMP) di kota Tangerang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random area sampling. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini mencapai angka 73% dari angka yang dihipotesiskan yaitu sebesar 60%. Berdasarkan table di atas diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.00 < 0.05 maka sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan diatas H0 Ditolak dan Ha Diterima. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian Evaluasi Kebijakan Pengendalian Dampak Pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19) Pada Sektor Pendidikan Di Kota Tangerang berjalan dengan baik.

Additional Information: The focus of this research is the Evaluation of Policies for Controlling the Impact of the Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid-19) in the Education Sector in Tangerang City. The background of this research is the lack of optimization of the implementation of distance learning programs (PJJ) as a form of controlling the impact of the pandemic on the education sector. The purpose of this study is to find out and understand how to evaluate the Policy for Controlling the Impact of the Pandemic in the Education Sector in the City of Tangerang. The theory used is Policy Evaluation from William N. Dunn (2003:610), the policy evaluation criteria include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, accuracy. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is educators at the Kindergarten (TK), Elementary School (SD) Junior High School (SMP) in the city of Tangerang with a total sample of 99 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional random area sampling technique. The results of the research produced in this study reached 73% of the hypothesized figure, which was 60%. Based on the table above, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 < 0.05, then according to the basis for the decision above, H0 is Rejected and Ha is Accepted. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis in the research on Policy Evaluation for Controlling the Impact of the Corona Virus Pandemic (Covid-19) in the Education Sector in Tangerang City is going well.
