Abstract
This study aims to analyze the process of applying 21st century skills through learning activities using project based learning models, describing the carrying capacity of implementing 21st century skills in learning activities using project based learning models, and analyzing 21st century skills possessed by participants. students at SDN Cipayung 01. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The resource persons in this study were principals, teachers, and students. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study indicate that the process of applying 21st century skills through learning activities is very dependent on the educator, then the carrying capacity in implementing 21st century skills can be seen from teachers who have implemented project based learning learning models and the last 21st century skills possessed by students can be seen. from the learning outcomes carried out by the teacher. By providing learning that leads to 21st century learning, teachers indirectly encourage students to have 21st century skills, which include 4C elements. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penerapan keterampilan abad-21 melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model project based learning, menggambarkan daya dukung dalam pengimplementaian keterampilan abad-21 dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model project based learning, dan menganalisis keterampilan abad-21 yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik di SDN Cipayung 01. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Data yang telah didapatkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan keterampilan abad 21 melalui kegiatan pembelajaran sangat bergantung pada pendidiknya, kemudian daya dukung dalam pengimplementasian keterampilan abad 21 dapat dilihat dari guru yang sudah menerapkan model pembelajaran project based learning dan yang terakhir keterampilan abad 21 yang dimiliki peserta didik dapat dilihat dari hasil pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru. Dengan pembekalan pembelajaran yang mengarah pada pembelajaran abad 21, secara tidak langsung guru mendorong peserta didik untuk memiliki keterampilan abad 21 yang di antaranya memuat elemen 4C.
