Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of law number 35 of 2014 concerning the protection basedon aericle 54 of children against child violence in the school environment. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Collecting data by conducting interviews, observations and documentation. From the results of this study it was found that the implementation of law number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection has been carried out properly, this is evidenced by the implementation of various components in the policy implementation process such as routine socialization activities, the formation of special teams and assistance to students. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of prevention and protection policies is that the community still tends to be indifferent and there are no activities carried out by the relevant agencies. The solution to these inhibiting factors is to continue to coordinate with fellow educators, always provide understanding to students, collaborate with the local police and coordinate with the community.

Additional Information:	Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi undang-undang nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak berdasarkan pasal 54 terhadap kekerasan anak di lingkungan sekolah SMK Negeri 2 Kota Serang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa implementasi undang-undang nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak berdasarkan pasal 54 telah dilaksanakan dengan baik hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan terlaksananya berbagai komponen dalam proses penerapan kebijakan seperti kegiatan sosialisasi rutin, pembentukan tim khusus serta pendampingan kepada peserta didik. Adanya faktor penghambat dalam implementasi kebijakan pencegahan dan perlindungan adalah masyarakat yang masih cenderung acuh dan belum adanya kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dinas terkait. Solusi dari faktor penghambat tersebut adalah dengan terus melakukan koordinasi dengan sesama tenaga pendidik, selalu memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik, menjalin kerjasama dengan kepolisian setempat serta melakukan koordinasi dengan masyarakat.
