Abstract

ABSTRAK Kota Serang adalah salah satu kota yang mengalami penurunan ekonomi semenjak mewabahnya Covid-19 di Indonesia. Keberadaan wabah Covid-19 ini sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap laju perekonomian Kota Serang., contohnya pada sektor UMKM. Pedagang dan pemangku UMKM di Kota Serang mengalami penurunan pendapatan sehingga sulit untuk bertahan sejak adanya pandemic ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pemerintah dalam mengatasi dampak ekonomi pandemic covid-19 tersebut dengan menggunakan teori evaluasi CIPP (Context,Input,Process,Product).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, karena masalah ddan berbagai hal yang harus ditemukan didalam penelitian ini tidak dapat diukur. Peneliti berupaya menemukan bagaimana dampak dan pencapaian atas program yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Program, Penurunan Ekonomi, CIPP ABSTRACT Serang City is one of the cities that has experienced an economic decline since the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia. The existence of the Covid-19 outbreak has greatly affected the pace of the economy of the City of Serang, for example in the MSME Sector. Traders in Serang City have experienced a decline in income, making it difficult to survive since this pandemic. This study aims to evaluate government programs in overcoming the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic using the CIPP evaluation theory (Context, Input, Process, Product).This study uses a qualitative method, because the problems and various things that must be found in this research cannot be measured.
