Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Mengetahui hubungan supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru di KKM MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kecamatan Kramatwatu Serang. 2) Mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di KKM MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kecamatan Kramatwatu Serang. 3) Mengetahui hubungan supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru di KKM MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kecamatan Kramatwatu Serang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi berjumlah 144 dan sampel ditetapkan 60 orang. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di KKM MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kecamatan Kramatwatu Serang, teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei dan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) menunjukkan bahwa hasil kinerja guru-guru di KKM MTs Negeri Gugus Kecamatan Kramatwatu Serang diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 60.18, median 60, modus 71, simpangan baku 12.664, varians 160.390, nilai minimum 35 dan nilai maksimum sebesar 87. 2) bahwa data supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap guru-guru di KKM MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kecamatan Kramatwatu Serang diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 72.35, median 72, modus 69, simpangan baku 4.744, varians 22.503 skor minimum 59 dan skor maksimum sebesar 84. 3) data Motivasi kerja guru di KKM MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kecamatan Kramatwatu Serang adalah 62,52, dengan median 62.50, modus 59, simpangan baku 4,583, varians 21, skor minimum 49 dan skor maksimum sebesar 74. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Additional Information: Performance can be seen in the aspect of activities in carrying out tasks and quality in carrying out these tasks, while based on preliminary findings that teacher performance is not optimal. This study aims to determine; 1) Knowing the effect of academic supervision on the performance of the KKM teachers at MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kramatwatu District. 2) Knowing the effect of teacher work motivation on the performance of KKM teachers at MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kecamatan Kramatwatu. 3) Knowing the effect of academic supervision and work motivation together on the performance of the KKM teachers at MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kramatwatu Serang District. This type of research is correlational research. The population was 144 and the sample was 60 people. The research site was carried out in the KKM MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kramatwatu Serang District, data collection techniques used survey approaches and questionnaires as data collection tools. The results of this study indicate that: 1) shows that the results of teacher performance in the KKM MTs Negeri Gugus Kramatwatu Serang District obtained an average value of 60.18, median 60, mode 71, standard deviation 12,664, variance 160,390, minimum value of 35 and maximum value of 87 2) that the data of the principal's academic supervision of teachers in the KKM MTs Negeri 5 Gugus Kramatwatu Serang District obtained an average score of 72.35, median 72, mode 69, standard deviation 4,744, variance 22,503 minimum score of 59 and maximum score of 84 3) The data of teacher work motivation in the KKM MTs Negeri 5 Cluster Kramatwatu Serang District is 62.52, with a median of 62.50, mode 59, standard deviation 4.583, variance 21, a minimum score of 49 and a maximum score of 74. So it can be concluded that supervision Principal's academic and work motivation can improve and enhance teacher performance. Keywords: Academic Supervision, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance.
