Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Pengawsan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bagian Rubber Production PT. Selamat Sempana Perkasa di Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat empat variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X1), Pengawasan (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3) dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini melibatkan 80 sampel karyawan pada bagian rubber production PT. Selamat Sempana Perkasa. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji t dengan SPSS v25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengawasan berpengauh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Additional Information: This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Rubber Production Section of PT. Selamat Sempana Perkasa in Tangerang. In this study, there are four variables, namely Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Supervision (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). This study involved 80 samples of employees at the rubber production section of PT. Selamat Sempana Perkasa. To get accurate results in this study using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research uses data analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, t test with SPSS v25. The results of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) supervision has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
