Abstract
Jawara Farm is a livestock company led by three CEOs including Ilham Mustofa, NuAgis Aulia, and Bangun Wibowo who breed and market livestock commoditiesnamely goats and sheep for use as food and non-food. A livestock company is onecompany that has a great opportunity to be developed to meet the need for animaprotein in the future. Therefore, every company needs a good strategy and planning inrunning its business in order to survive and develop and win the competition. Thepurpose of this research is to identify internal and external factors that exist in theJawara Farm company and to analyze effective marketing strategies in selling goatsand sheep in Jawara Farm. Data analysis used IFE and EFE matrices, IE matrix, andSWOT matrix. The results showed that the internal factors consisted of 15 strengthsand 5 weaknesses. Meanwhile, external factors consist of 9 opportunities and 6threats. The IE Matrix results show that Jawara Farm is in cell I, namely growth andbuild. The results of the SWOT matrix formulate 6 alternative strategies with themost effective strategy, which is to focus on the maintenance and marketing of goatsand sheep on a regular or daily basis so that there is always regular income and it ishoped that all circles can consume these two commodities regularly.
