Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kompetensi pedagogik dan kepribadian guru dalam proses penguatan pendidikan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik kelas III Al Baari di SD Islam Al Azhar 10 , Kota Serang . Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif jenis deskriptif dengan subjek guru kelas dan peserta didik kelas III Al Baari . Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipasi pasif , wawancara , dan dokumentasi . Teknik analisis data yang unakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman . Peneliti menguji kredibilitas data melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah memahami terkait konsep kompetensi pedagogik dan kepribadian dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik . Kemudian dalam proses penguatan karakter disiplin pada peserta didik yang sudah diupayakan oleh guru kelas III Baari dapat dilihat oleh peneliti sudah baik . Guru kelas III Al Baari juga telah memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap peserta didik dalam upaya penguatan karakter disiplin .

| Additional Information: | The study aims to know and describe the pedagogic and the teacher's personality competencies in the process of strengthening the educational character discipline in class III Al Baari at Islamic Elementary School Al Azhar 10. Serang City . The approach used in this study is a qualitative type descriptive with subject teacher and Student III Al Baari . Data collection is made through observation of passive participation , interviews , and documentation . The data analysis techniques used are miles and hubermans . Researchers tested data credibility through source and engineering triangulation . Research indicates that teacher have already understood the concept of pedagogical competence and personality in enhanced character education in learners . Then , in the process of strengthening the character discipline in learners by that teacher of class III Al Baari , it is seen by researchers as well . The teacher of class III Al Baari has also gave positive effect on learners in an effort to strengthen character discipline . Key words : Pedagogic Competencies .
