Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inovasi Berkelanjutan dan Strategi Diferensiasi terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah industry manufaktur sub sector maanan dan mminuman yg berada di Provinsi Banten, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Tknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis statistika pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diketahui nilai Adjisted R Square sebesar 0,332. Hal ini menunjukan variable independen Inovasi Berkelanjutan dan Strategi Diferensiasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variable dependen Kinerja Perusahaan sebesar 33 % sedangkan sisanya diperoleh oleh variable lain yg tidak terdapat pada model regresi. Hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui Inovasi Berkelanjutan dan Strategi diferensiasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.

Additional Information: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sustainable Innovation and Differentiation Strategies on Company Performance. The research method uses quantitative methods. The research sample is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing industry in Banten Province, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Statistical analysis in this study uses SPSS version 25. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the value of Adjisted R Square is 0.332. This shows that the independent variables of Continuous Innovation and Differentiation Strategy have an influence on the dependent variable of Company Performance by 33% while the rest is obtained by other variables that are not found in the regression model. Hypothesis test results show that sustainable innovation and differentiation strategies have an effect on company performance.
