Fakultas Keguruan dan IlmuPendidikan. Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Motor Brushless DC (BLDC Motor) merupakan salah satu jenis motor-sinkrondimana medan magnet yang dihasilkan oleh rotor dan stator pada frekwensi yangsama. Motor BLDC juga banyak digunakan sebagai penggerak pada mobil listrik,karena motor BLDC dapat memenuhi faktor torsi, akselerasi, kecepatan dan biayadalam pembuatan mobil listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji performaMotor BLDC 48 Volt – 2 KW yang dipasang pada prototype mobil listrik satupenumpang dari segi 1) kecepatan maksimal dan 2) jarak tempuh terjauh. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, pengujian langsung dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) pengujian kecepatan maksimayang dilakukan pada pengaturan throttle 120% menghasilkan kecepatatanmaksimal secara berturut-terut adalah 55 Km/Jam, 57 Km/Jam, 57 Km/Jam, 58Km/Jam dan 55 Km/Jam dan pengaturan throttle 60% secara berturut-turut adalah29 Km/Jam, 32 Km/Jam, 31 Km/Jam, 30 Km/Jam dan 30 Km/Jam. 2) Pengujian dari segi jarak tempuh dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali dengan persentase throtlle sebesar60% hasilnya adalah 12,7 Km dengan kecepatan maksimal hanya terbatas pada 37Km/J dalam waktu 39 menit 03 detik. Adapun pada persentase throtlle sebesar120% jarak tempuh yang dicapai sejauh 8,3 Km dalam waktu 27 menit 23 detik.

Brushless DC motor (BLDC Motor) is a type of synchronous motor where themagnetic field generated by the rotor and stator is at the same frequency. BLDC motors are also widely used in electric cars, because BLDC motors can meet thetorque, acceleration, speed and cost factors in making electric cars. This study aimsto test the performance of the 48 Volt - 2 KW BLDC motor mounted on a onepassenger electric car prototype in terms of 1) maximum speed and 2) farthesdistance. The research using the experimental method. The data collectiontechniques is literature studies, direct testing and documentation. The results of thisstudy are 1) the maximum speed test carried out at 120% throttle setting producesthe maximum speed of 55 km / hour, 57 km / hour, 57 km / hour, 58 km / hour and 55 km / hour, respectively. At 60% throttle settings are 29 km / hour, 32 km / hour31 km / hour, 30 km / hour and 30 km / hour, respectively. 2) Testing in terms of thedistance traveled twice with a throtle percentage of 60% the result is 12.7 km with a maximum speed limited to 37 km / h within 39 minutes 03 seconds. As for thethrotle percentage of 120%, the distance traveled was 8.3 km in 27 minutes 23seconds.
