Abstract
Informasi Layak Anak merupakan salah satu indikator yang berada pada klaster Hak Sipil dan Kebebasan pada Kabupaten/Kota Layak Anak (KLA). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Pemenuhan Informasi Layak Anak Dalam Pengembangan Kota Serang Sebagai Kota Layak Anak dan menggunakan teori Indikator Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Mahsun yang memuat 6 indikator yaitu indikator masukan, proses, keluaran, hasil, manfaat, dan dampak. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dari 6 indikator terdapat 3 indikator yang belum berjalan dengan baik yaitu indikator masukan, proses, dan hasil. Hal ini dikarenakan belum terpenuhinya fasilitas yang terintegrasi dengan Informasi Layak Anak, kurang lancarnya komunikasi yang berjalan yang mengakibatkan ketidakpahaman dalam menjalankan tugas, anggaran yang tidak mencukupi, serta belum terkendalinya reklame yang ramah anak. Indikator yang sudah berjalan cukup baik terdapat pada indikator keluaran, manfaat, dan dampak walaupun masih dibutuhkan banyak peningkatan. Rekomendasi yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah diperlukannya inovasi dalam pemasangan iklan seperti videotron yang bisa diatur penayangannya, diperlukannya kerjasama antar pemerintah daerah dan RW/Kelurahan setempat untuk membangun pusat informasi layak anak dengan memanfaatkan anggaran di RW/Kelurahan tersebut, serta diperlukannya rapat koordinasi lebih lanjut agar seluruh gugus tugas memahami tugas nya dalam memenuhi informasi layak anak.

| Additional Information: | Child-Friendly Information is one of the indicators in the Civil Rights and Freedom cluster in Child-Friendly Districts / Cities (KLA). This research was conducted to determine the performance of fulfilling child appropriate information in the development of Serang City as a Child Friendly City and using the theory of Mahsun Regional Government Performance Indicators which contains 6 indicators, namely indicators of input, process, output, outcome, benefit, and impact. The method used by researchers in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Based on the research results, of the 6 indicators, there are 3 indicators that have not been going well, namely indicators of input, process, and results. This is because the facilities that are integrated with Child-Friendly Information have not been fulfilled, there is a lack of fluency in ongoing communication which results in a lack of understanding in carrying out tasks, insufficient budget, and child-friendly billboards have not been controlled. The indicators that have been running quite well are indicators of output, benefits, and impacts, although much improvement is still needed. Recommendations that emerge in this research are the need for innovation in advertising such as videotron that can be regulated, the need for collaboration between local governments and local RW / Kelurahan to build a child-friendly information center by utilizing the budget in the RW / Kelurahan, and the need for further coordination meetings so that all task forces understand their duties in fulfilling children's appropriate information. | |||||||||
