Abstract

ABSTRAK Anandika Dwi Nugroho. NIM 6662170083. SKRIPSI. Pengaruh Arus Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Iklim Komunikasi Pegawai Honorer (Studi Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informaatika Kota Serang). Pembimbing I: Darwis Sagita, S.Ikom., M.Ikom dan Pembimbing II: Burhanudin, SE., M.Si Penggunaan arus komunikasi yang baik dalam internal suatu perusahaan menentukan proses komunikasi dapat berjalan efektif atau tidak. Bisa dibilang eksistensi suatu organisasi/perusahaan bergantung penggunaan pada pola dan sistem komunikasi yang dikembangkan dalam komunikasi organisasi itu sendiri. Dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang efektif dan kondusif, seorang pimpinan memerlukan arus komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik, dimana interaksi diantara bagian yang satu dengan yang lainnya berjalan secara selaras, dinamis, dan pasti. Berdasarkan pemahaman tersebut maka, penulis ingin meneliti lebih lanjut tentang arus komunikasi yang terjadi di kedinasan kota Serang yang bergerak dibidang Komunikasi dan Informatika. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori Arus Komunikasi Organisasi dari Ronald Adler dan George Rodman dan teori Iklim Komunikasi dari Pace dan Faules. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksplanatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai honorer Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika kota Serang yang berjumlah 51 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi variabel X dan Y pada penelitian ini memiliki tiingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat 0,865. berdasarkan hasil uji pengaruh pada analisis regresi, didapatkan bahwa arus komunikasi organisasi memberi pengaruh sebesar 74,1% terhadap Iklim Komunikasi Pegawai Honorer Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika kota Serang. You could say the existence of an organization/company depends on the use of communication patterns and systems developed in the communication of the organization itself. In creating an effective and conducive work climate, a leader requires a good flow of communication and cooperation, where the interaction between one part and another runs in harmony, dynamically, and definitely. Based on this understanding, the author wants to investigate further about the flow of communication that occurs in the Serang city office which is engaged in Communication and Information Technology. In this study, the researcher used the theory of organizational communication flow from Ronald Adler and George Rodman and the communication climate theory from Pace and Faules. The research method used is an associative explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the temporary employees of the Department of Communication and Informatics Serang city, amounting to 51 people using saturated sampling. Based on the results of the correlation analysis of variables X and Y in this study, there was a very strong correlation level of 0.865. based on the results of the influence test on the regression analysis, it was found that the flow of organizational communication had an influence of 74,1% on the Communication Climate of Honorary Employees of the Communication and Information Office of Serang city.
