Abstract

This researchwas aimed to : (1) Determine the procurement of raw materialsinventory talas benengflour.(2) to analyze the raw material inventory control inthe third flouragroindustry based method EOQ . (3) to analyze the amount ofsafety stock and reordering inAgroindustry. The method usedwas the case studymethod. This study determined the location of intentionally (purposive) that threeAgroindustry in Sub Juhut Karangtanjung District of Pandeglang.The resultsshowed that: (1) raw material procurement system conducted in the period June2015-July 2016 byagroindustry in Sub juhutwasordering as many as 36 timesthe frequency and quantity of 120,000 kg booking orders. For booking fee ofRp8.16 millionand storagecost Rp.1.915 million, the total costRp. 10.075 million.(2) Control of raw material inventory based on an EOQagroindustry in Sub juhutis ordering as many as 4 times the frequency and quantity of 31351.91 kgbookings for the booking fee of Rp. 885,280.27 and storage costs Rp. 885,280.11then the total cost of inventory amounting to Rp. 1,710,560.38. (3) Inventoriessafety at agroindustry in Sub juhut that is equal to 248.69 kg per order andreordering of raw materials at agroindustry in the Village of 1480.99 kg talasbeneng.
