Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the performance of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) the value of the company. . The study population is Subsector Banking Financial Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2005-2014 period. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained each as much as 5 of 42 Corporate Banking. Methods of data collection using the techniques of documentation are based on financial statements published by the BEI. Data analysis using classical assumptions and hypothesis testing using tools SPSS 20.0. By using regression analysis obtained variable results Capital Structure (DER) no positive effect on the Company Value (PER) for t <t table (0.380 <2.01174). Variable Profitability (ROE) negatively affect the Company Value (PER) for t> t table (-4.570> -2.01174). Variable Dividend Policy (DPR) has positive influence on company value for t> t table (2.529> 2.01174).
