Abstract

This study was lifted from the formulation of the problem that originated from problems of impairment Price Earning Ratio in cable companies listed on stock exchanges in Indonesia. From this research, the study of the problems of theory and previous research search then formulated the hypothesis that 2 H1 and H2. This research method is descriptive and kasualitas which uses saturated sample of the total population of 6 companies that cable companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the observation period, namely 2008-2014 .. The type of data in this research is quantitative data, namely the financial data in the form of a ratio ie financial data of Return on Equity (X), the Current Ratio (Z), and Price Earning Ratio (Y). The result of data processing shows that partially Return on Equity and significant negative effect on the price earning ratio and liquidity may moderate the influence of return on equity to Price-earnings ratio.
