Abstract

This thesis entitled "The effects of changes in the procurement system of electronic government services and competence of the performance of employees in the Office of Procurement Services Unit (ULP) and the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) in Serang city government". The aim of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of changes in procurement systems of government services electronically and competence to employee performance. Applications Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) is the site of procurement is done electronically (e-procurement) that facilitate the auction procurement of goods and services within government agencies electronically. The method used is quantitative method. The study design consists of design and design deksripitf causal. Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire with a total sample of 58 respondents. Data processing was performed using the statistical program SPSS version 17. Based on the results of data processing, note the value of R Square of 0211. This suggests that the variation in the variable employee performance can be explained by 21.1% by the variable changes in procurement systems and government services electronically and competence. While the results of the t test, known changes in procurement systems of government services electronically and competence affect the performance of employees partially in the Office of Procurement Services Unit (ULP) and the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) Serang City Government.
