Yustiawaty Nursarah. NIM. 061561. 2010. Skripsi. Hubungan Antara Persepsi Karyawan Outsource Dengan Citra PT.Advanced Career Indonesia. Sukses besar yang didapat oleh sebuah perusahaan adalah mendapat citra positif dari publik internal dan eksternal. Begitu juga dengan perusahaan yang bergerak didunia outsourcing (alih daya) penyedia jasa dalam bentuk sumber daya manusia. Sebagai perusahaan outsourcing, PT Advanced Career Indonesia perlu membina citra yang menguntungkan bagi perusahaan. Hal-hal tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor-faktor tertentu salah satunya terbentuknya persepsi dimata public internal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi karyawan dengan citra PT Advanced Career Indonesia dan seberapa kuat hubungan tersebut. Untuk kerangka pemikiran, Peneliti menggunakan beberapa pengertian Public Relations, tujuan dan fungsi Public Relations, persepsi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi, citra, outsourcing, dan tujuan serta manfaat outsourcing. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat eksplanatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified random sampling, dan mengambil sampel sebanyak 95 responden. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan korelasi Kendall’s tau diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,095 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang nyata namun sangat lemah antara persepsi karyawan outsource dengan citra PT Advanced Career Indonesia. Saran yang dapat diberikan Peneliti, sebaiknya Relations Officers PT Advanced Career Indonesia terus meningkatkan hubungan dengan karyawan outsource agar tercipta pula citra positif untuk perusahaan. Penelitian ini pun dapat dilanjutkan lebih dalam lagi untuk peneliti selanjutnya.

As an outsourcing company, PT Advanced Career Indonesia is necessary to build on image that can be profitable for company. Concerning mentioned can be caused by a variety of certain factors that one of is perception forming in internal public’s view. The aim of this research is to understand outsource employee perception correlation and image of PT ACI and to find out how strong the correlation is. For framework rasionale, researcher is using definition about public relations understanding, public relations function, perception, factors influence the perception, image, outsourcing, goal and benefit outsourcing. Used method is survey research method, this phenomenology research is quantitative and the characteristic research is explanatory. By using proportionate stratified random sampling sample removal technique and adopt as many 95 respondent sample. Research result by using Kendall’s correlation result obtainable as 0,095 which means there is a real but it is very week between PT Advanced Career Indonesia outsource employee perception and image. The suggestion can be give by researcher, it is better for PT Advanced Career Indonesia’s Relation Officers to keep increase the outsource employee correlation to established positive image for the company. This research can be continued deeper for than that of further researcher. |
