Abstract

The influence of supervision and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in PT. Artha Prima Solutions cabang serang is the title of the thesis of Greggy Iftiandhika (5551110544) Ageng Tirtayasa student of Faculty of Economics Department of Management under the guidance of Mr. Prof. Bambang Triadji and Ipan Hilmawan, SE., MM. The aim of this study was to determine how to control, intrinsic motivation and to determine the performance of employees of PT. Artha Prima Solutions cabang serang. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The samples are 66 respondents with data collection technique using a questionnaire. And methods of data analysis by using test instruments, classic assumption test, test determinant coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.00. And to determine the acceptance or rejection of the hypothesis used comparison t and t table and to use the comparison hypotheses simultaneously calculated F and F table. Whereas to determine the level of variable keberpengaruhan X1, X2 and Y are used to determine the coefficient of determination SPSS version. From the results of calculations simultaneously generated multiple correlation of 0.968 means that there is a strong and positive relationship between X1 and X2 toward Y. While the coefficient of determination of 93.4% and the remaining 6.6% is influenced by other factors, which means that if oversight and intrinsic motivation well done will affect the performance of employees. From the test results obtained F count> F table (491.121> 3.1359) then H0 is rejected or Ha accepted, meaning that a significant difference between the control and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in PT.
