Abstract

Variables used in this study are Reward (X1), Punishment (X2), and employee performance (Y). The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Reward and Punishment toward employee performance. The study use quantitative research in accordance with questionnaire and survey. The technique of collecting samples use the sampling jenuh method with 75 respondents. Analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regressions. Statistical Package For the Social Science Version 20 program is used for the process and the research. These result has indicate that partially Reward form positive and significantly influence the employee performance. It is shown by the results of T arithmethic > T table (3,411> 1,6660) by using the evident level of 0,05, so that H is received. Partially, Punishment has positive and significantly effect on employee performance. It is shown by the results T arithmethic > T table (4,095> 1,6660) using the evident level of 0,05, so that H 1 is received. 2 Keywords : Reward, Punishment, and Employee Performance
