Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between training, extrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri. The method used is the associative method. To determine the sample the researchers used a formula method slovin so get a sample of 61 respondents. Data were analyzed using partial correlation and multiple regression using IBM SPSS 20 For Windows, whereas the hypothesis test using t test and a test to determine the effect. From the results of the analysis showed that the variables in partial training and Extrinsic motivation that did not have a positive influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive influence on employee performance. Keyword: Training, Extrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance
