The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable from year 1988 to 2014. In connection with the proposed hypothesis. 1) There is some significant positive effect of GDP Foreign Debt Government of Indonesia. 2) There is some significant positive effect of the budget deficit to the Indonesian Government Foreign Debt. 3) There are no significant positive effect of the current account deficit to the Indonesian Government Foreign Debt. 4) There are significant negative effect of the Exchange Rate on the Foreign Debt Government of Indonesia. Taken together significant effect on the dependent variable (Government Foreign Debt). This study is a quantitative analysis study about some factors that influence the Indonesian’s foreign loan by using time series data from 1984 until 2014. The dependent variable in this research is the Indonesian government's foreign debt, while the independent variable is GDP, budget deficit, current account deficit and Exchange. Data analysis was performed with Least Squares Regression Method / OLS (ordinary least square) with the assistance of Eviews 8 computer program. The result of the analysis shows that from the calculation of t and F it can be seen that the independent variables simultaneously give some influence to the dependent variable. The Estimates GDP, budget deficit, current account deficit and Exchange give influence to the dependent variabel, that is Indonesia’s foreign loan on a significant level of 5%. Keywords: Government Foreign Debt and BI, GDP, budget deficit, current account deficit and the Exchange Rate
