Payroll system is a very important sub-system that support the operational ofa company.An intergratedpayroll system is a noteable substance to build someeffectivity in processing employee’ssalary. A good payroll system is determined bythe quality of the human resources that can follow the development of technology.Salary is a result that employee or human resources get from accomplishment of theirjob.But at the present, we can find some of advanced company are not using thewell-coordinated system. This factor obviously interrupt the effectivity of employeeperformance in the company.An ideal payroll system is a well-coordinated system,that include a coordinated system, process, and distribution. Problem identification on the making of this thesis is how the employeepayroll system applied by PT. Tiur Mayasari Jaya? What kind of obstacle thatemerge in employee payroll system used by PT. Tiur Mayasari Jaya?. The method that used in thisresearch are descriptive and use secondary data.The result of research declare that the employee payroll system in PT. TiurMayasariJaya is ineffective
