Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of extrinsic motivation and preventive discipline toward employee performance at PT. Ketrosden Triasmitra. The research design used in this research is casuality and descriptive research. The sampling in this study was simple-random sampling. Data for this study is used the primary data, and the sample that can be used in this research is 99 datas (round figures using slovin (99,1)). And the methods for the data analysis is regression, simple regression. The results on this research is extrinsic motivation has positive influence to employee performance, preventive discipline also has positive to employee performance and simultaneosly, all the independents variable (extrinsic motivation and preventive dicipline) are has positive influence to the dependent variable (employee performance).
