Abstract
This research was aimed to know the effect of arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi on growth and yield of soyben plants (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). This research was conducted at The Institute for Agricultural Technology and Agroecology laboratory of the faculty of Agriculture University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa from April until July 2014. The experimental design that used in this research was Randomized Block Design with two factors of treatments. First factor is dose of AMF inoculation with 3 levels of treatment, m0 = 0 g/plant; m1 = 40g/plant; m2 = 45g/plant. The second factor is the variety of soybean with 3 levels of treatments, k1 = Dieng variety; k2 = Cikuray variety; k3 = Baluran variety. Each treatment was repeated 3 times in order to obtain 27 experimental units. The measured parameters were plant height, number of leaves, time flowers appear, dry root weight, number of root nodules, pods, dry pod weight, and percentage of root infection by AMF. The result showed that the giving of AMF inoculation with dose of 45g/plant gave the best effect to plant height parameter on 2, 3, 4, 5, 6MST (43,56 cm), number of leaves on 2, 5, and 6MST (4,92 leaves), dry root weight (1,61 g), number of root nodules (1,60 nodule), the effective number of root nodules (1,45 nodule), number of pods (10,17 g), dry pods weight (5,98 g), the percentage of root infection by AMF (58,33 %). Baluran variety gave the best effect to plant height parameter on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6MST (39,67 cm) and time flower appear (34,11 day). There is no interaction between the combination of AMF inoculation with soybean variety on all parameters that measured.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merril). Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian dan Laboratorium Agroekologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juli 2014 Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis inokulasi FMA dengan 3 taraf perlakuan, m0 = 0 g/tanaman; m1 = 40 g/tanaman; m2 = 45 g/tanaman. Faktor kedua adalah varietas kedelai (k) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan, k1 = varietas Dieng; k2 = varietas Cikuray; k3 = varietas Baluran. Setiap perlakuan diulangg tiga kali sehingga diperoleh 27 satuan percobaan. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, waktu muncul bunga, bobot kering akar, jumlah bintil akar, jumlah bintil akar efektif, jumlah polong, bobot kering polong dan persentase infeksi akar oleh FMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian inokulasi FMA dengan dosis 45 g/tanaman memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada paramater tinggi tanaman umur 2 MST, 3 MST, 4 MST, 5 MST dan 6 MST (43,56 cm), jumlah daun 2 MST, 5 MST dan 6 MST (4,92 helai), bobot kering akar (1,61 g), jumlah bintil akar (1,60 bintil), jumlah bintil akar efektif (1,45 bintil), jumlah polong (10,17 g), bobot kering polong (5,98 g), persentase infeksi akar oleh FMA (58,33 %). Varietas Baluran memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 1 MST, 2 MST, 3 MST, 4 MST, 5 MST dan 6 MST (39,67 cm) dan waktu muncul bunga (34,11 hari). Tidak terdapat interaksi antara kombinasi perlakuan inokulasi FMA dan varietas kedelai terhadap semua paramater pengamatan. | |||||||||
