Abstract

Name : Widya Rowalyana, NIM : 5504122716, Diploma III Financial and Banking, Management, Economic Faculty and Business of Sultan Agung Tirtayasa University. Research title “Improving the Quality of Community Service in Effort The Muster Funds (Savings) of PD. BPR Serang”. Under the guidance of Ana Susi Mulyani, SE.,MM and Emma Suryani, SE.,MM. This study aims to find out what are the efforts to improve services, how the development savings of PD. BPR Serang and operational procedures standards of PD. BPR Serang. The method used is descriptive method. For explain and describe the deliberations with regard to the title. The data source used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, the study of library and documentation. From the results of research to improving the quality of community service in the muster funds of PD. BPR Serang. That increase community service is good in bringing funds not too influential with the trust of society and people’s interest for saving in PD. BPR Serang. Because even though in one aspect, namely the physical aspect or the building is lacking adequate, it does not affect customers or prospective customers to transact of PD. BPR Serang. Because it looks the development of savings periode 2013 – 2014, PD. BPR Serang has increased in the budget to save and the amount of customer account.
