Ahmad Fauzan. NIM.081074. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota Perpustakaan di Kantor Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah Kota Serang. Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik. Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Pembimbing I, Listyaningsih, S.Sos, M.Si, Pembimbing II,Kandung S. Nugroho, S.Sos, M.Si. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Anggota Perpustakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah Kota Serang, fokus penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota Perpustakaan di Kantor Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah Kota Serang. Dengan Rumusan masalahnya yaitu Seberapa besar Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota Perpustakaan di Kantor Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif Kuantitatif. Karena peneliti menginginkan pengukuran antara variabel X dan Y. Populasi dalam penelitian ada 148 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisa menggunakan uji hipotesis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian nya adalah (+)0,666. Sehingga rhitung 0,666 > rtabel 0,176. Jadi disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi terdapat pengaruh sebesar 44,3%, antara kualitas pelayanan (variabel X) terhadap kepuasan anggota (variabel Y) di Kantor Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah Kota Serang. Sehingga disarankan agar pegawai Kantor Perpustakaan Dan Arsip Daerah Kota Serang harus lebih meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab ketika melaksanakan tugas, supaya setiap permasalahan dapat teratasi dengan baik dan kepuasan anggota perpustakaan dapat terpenuhi.

The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Research instrumentin the form of a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used was the product moment. The result was (+) 0.666. So, rhitung 0.666 is greater than rtabel 0.176. It can be concluded, in this study, that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So there is influence by 44,3% between quality of service (variable X) to the satisfaction of members (variable Y) in the Office Library and Archives In Serang City, so it is recommended that the regional in the Office Library and Archives In Serang City should improve their self-discipline and responsibility when implementing job, so that any problems can be resolved properly and member satisfaction fulfilled |
