Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Sales Promotion on Consumer Reinterests Buy Alfamart Cikokol Tangerang. In this study, Quality of Service (X1) and Sales Promotion (X2) is the independent variable and Consumer Reinterests Buy (Y) as the Dependent Variable. This study uses a quantitative method using a descriptive design and causal design. Data from all three variables were analyzed using SPSS version 20. Amount of samples used in this study is 97 samples. The data have been obtained through a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis, the F test, t test, and accompanied by the classic assumption test. The results showed that: the regression equation Y = 0.844 + obtained 0.163 +0.532 X1 X2. Positive significant effect of Service Quality on Consumer Reinterests Buy Alfamart Cikokol Tangerang. This is evident from the results obtained by the first t test tcount (4.716)> t-table (1.985) then Ha is accepted. Sales Promotion significant effect on Consumer Reinterests Buy Alfamart Cikokol Tangerang, it is evident from both the t-test results gained tcount (7.548)> t-table (1.985) then Ha is accepted. Service Quality and Sales Promotion significant effect on Consumer Reinterests Buy Alfamart Cikokol Tangerang. This is evident from the results of the F test for obtaining the value of F (95.064)> F-table (3.092) then Ha is accepted. Keywords: Quality of Service, Sales Promotion and Consumer Reinterests Buy
