Abstract

The objective of this research was the use of Trichoderma sp through growth and crop hybrid of purple eggplant varieties (Solanum melongena L.).This research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of various doses of biofertilizer Trichoderma sp through growth and crop hybrid of purple eggplant varieties (Solanum melongena L.). This research was conducted in the experimental garden in Kp. Rumingkang Ds. Sekong Pandeglang and Agroecotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa on June up to September 2014. The research used a randomized block design (RBD) non-factorial. The treatment consists of 7 stages and 5 reapitation, so that the hole result of plants were 35/polybag that were: T0 = without Trichoderma sp, T1 = 15 grams Trichoderma sp, T2 = 20 grams Trichoderma sp, T3 = 25 grams Trichoderma sp, T4 = 30 grams Trichoderma sp, T5 = 35 grams Trichoderma sp, T6 = 40 grams Trichoderma sp. The results of the analysis showed that the use of Trichoderma sp at various doses of Trichoderma sp generating plant height, number of flowers, number of fruits, fruit weight, fruit length, and dry weight better than plants that were not used Trichoderma sp.The best application of Trichoderma sp was dose of T1 = 15 gram/plant and the best result on Purple Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) during the third harvest that was 11 MST
