Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Interpersonal Communication and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk. To analyze the problem, then use methods of exploratory and causality. This study was conducted on 67 respondents with aksidential sampling techniques and to determine the sample using the formula slovin . Data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis, using SPSS version 20 From the results of the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program summary obtained models dikolom value R = 0.872, this shows quite strong correlation between variables X1 (Interpersonal Communication) and X2 (Job Satisfaction) to Y (Performance Employees). And adjusted R Square of 0,754 means that the contribution of interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of the Employee Performance corrective amounted to 7,54% and the remaining 24,6% is influenced by other factors outside of this research, which pales in interpersonal communication and Job Satisfaction done will affect Employee Performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing between interpersonal communication the Employee Performance obtained tcount> ttable 12,604 > 1.9971, it can be concluded there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication to employee performance, and the results of hypothesis testing between the Employee Performance Job Satisfaction obtained tcount> ttable 10,092 > 1,9971 then it can be concluded there is significant influence between Interpersonal Communication to employee performance.
