Abstract

The importance of communication for humans can not be denied as well as with the organization. With good communication, an organization can run smoothly and successfully and vice versa, good communication competence will be able to acquire and develop the task at hand, so that the level of performance of an organization (office) is getting better. The method used in this research is an explanatory (analytical) that kuasal or causal relationship, differences or the influence of other variables, so the use of samples and hypothesis. The samples were examined by 56 respondents. The data collection is done by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis, quantitative and inferential statistical analysis that is simple linear regression. The results showed interpersonal communication within the Office UPT UPT Cikande DPPKD Provinsi Banten has been run well but there are obstacles that each party UPT Cikande DPPKD Provinsi Banten, police and Prog want the goal can be accomplished. For example, the UPT Cikande DPPKD Provinsi Banten only wants the tax repaid to the exclusion of the interests of the administrative requirements for vehicles and insurance.
