Abstract

This research aim for testing by empirical methode such as (1) influence of investment decision to corporate values, (2) influence corporate social responsibility to corporate values (3) influence of invesment decision to corporate values and ownership structure as moderating variable, (4) corporate social responsibility to corporate values and ownership structure as moderating variable. Independent variable that is used in this research is corporate values and ownership structure as moderating variable. The sample is Agriculture company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 20112014. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 8 companies. Data analysis was performed with factor analysis, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and moderated regression analysis. Result from this research are (1) investment decision have positive influence to corporate values, (2) corporate social responsibility no effect to corporate values, (3) ownership structure do not have moderating effect in the moderating of invesment influence to corporate values, (4) ownership structure do not have moderating effect in the moderating of corporate social responsibility to corporate values.
