Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of feeding time Trichoderma sp. some results on the growth and tomato plant variety (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill). The research was done in Cikole, Kampung Petir Cikuya, Sukaratu Village, District Majasari, Pandeglang, from July to September 2014. This study used a randomized completely Block design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor is the timing of Trichoderma sp. with 3 levels: the timing of Trichoderma sp. 7 days before planting, timing of Trichoderma sp. at planting and timing of Trichoderma sp. 7 days after planting and the second factor is some varieties of tomato plants: Permata F1 varieties Tymoti F1 varieties. Each treatment was repeated four times in order to obtain the number of plants 24 units experiment. The results showed that there was an interaction between treatment giving Trichoderma sp. some result on the growth and plant variety (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) . There is no interaction between treatment plant dry weight, number of fruits, fruit weight and percentage of disease severity but there was an interaction of treatment timing Tricoderma sp. and two varieties in plant height 35-70 DAP parameters, number of leaves at the age of 42-70 DAP. Interactions tend to be good at plant height DAP 35 are shown in a combination of 7 days before planting and varieties of Permata (40.60 cm), 42 DAP combination of 7 days before planting and varieties of Permata (58,62cm), 49 DAP combination of 7 days before planting and varieties of Permata (80.56 cm), 56 DAP combination 7 days after planting and varieties Tymoti (95.12 cm), 63 DAP combination of planting and varieties Tymoti (105.25 cm) , 70 DAP combination of planting and varieties Tymoti (113.25 cm). Interactions tend to either the number of leaves 35 DAP shown in 7 days after planting combinations and varieties of Permata (15.41 steet), 42 DAP combination of 7 days before planting and varieties of Permata (22.50 steet), 49 DAP combination of 7 days after planting and varieties of Permata (36.75 steet), 56 DAP combination of planting and varieties Tymoti (48.75 steet), 63 DAP combination of 7 days after planting and varieties with less Tymoti (67.90 steet) , 70 DAP combination of 7 days after planting and varieties of Permata (74.56 steet).

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Cikole, Kampung Petir Cikuya, Kelurahan Sukaratu, Kecamatan Majasari, Kabupaten Pandeglang, pada bulan Juli sampai September 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (Rancangan Acak Kelompok) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu waktu pemberian Trichoderma sp. dengan 3 taraf: waktu pemberian Trichoderma sp. 7 hari sebelum tanam , waktu pemberian Trichoderma sp. pada saat tanam dan waktu pemberian Trichoderma sp. 7 hari setelah tanam dan faktor kedua yaitu beberapa varietas tanaman tomat : varietas Permata F1 varietas Tymoti. Setiap perlakuan diulang empat kali sehingga diperoleh jumlah tanaman 24 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan pemberian Trichoderma sp. terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa varietas tanaman tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill). Tidak terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan bobot kering tanaman, jumlah buah, bobot buah dan persentase keparahan penyakit tetapi terdapat interaksi perlakuan waktu pemberian Tricoderma sp. dan dua varietas pada parameter tinggi tanaman 35-70 HST, jumlah daun pada umur 42-70 HST. Interaksi cenderung baik pada tinggi tanaman 35 HST di tunjukkan pada kombinasi 7 hari sebelum tanam dan varietas Permata (40,60 cm), 42 HST kombinasi 7 hari sebelum tanam dan varietas Permata (58,62cm), 49 HST kombinasi 7 hari sebelum tanam dan varietas Permata (80,56 cm ), 56 HST kombinasi 7 hari setelah tanam dan varietas Tymoti ( 95,12 cm ), 63 HST kombinasi saat tanam dan varietas Tymoti (105,25 cm), 70 HST kombinasi saat tanam dan varietas Tymoti (113,25 cm ). Interaksi cenderung baik pada jumlah daun 35 HST ditunjukkan pada kombinasi 7 hari setelah tanam dan varietas Permata (15,41 helai ), 42 HST kombinasi 7 hari sebelum tanam dan varietas Permata (22,50 helai), 49 HST kombinasi 7 hari setelah tanam dan varietas Permata (36,75 helai ) , 56 HST kombinasi saat tanam dan varietas Tymoti (48,75 helai ), 63 HST kombinasi 7 hari setelah tanam dan varietas Tymoti (67,90 helai), 70 HST kombinasi 7 hari setelah tanam dan varietas Permata (74,56 helai)
