Abstract

Sate bandeng a processed product is a bandeng fish whose bone disposed ago was done the addition of seasoning and heat treatment. This study done in the village domas. The purpose of this research is analyzing the cost of, income , and business efficiency of sate bandeng in Domas Village. The results of research obtained namely fixed costs the average issued by businessman sate bandeng in Domas Village is Rp. 24.649,31 , the cost of the average variable as much as Rp.1.062.300. So total the average cost issued by the operator of sate bandeng in the village domas is as much as Rp. 1.086.949,31. The average revenue sate bandeng a business in the Domas Village is Rp. 1.520.000 in once the production process, and the average income sate bandeng a business in the Village Domas is Rp. 433.050,69 in once production. R/C ratio obtained by sate bandeng is 1.40, as much as which means that any cost of production that is issued by a sate bandeng business in the Domas Village as much as Rp. 1.00 will produce revenue Rp.1.40. Sate bandeng business in the Domas Village can be said eficient.
