Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determinea the magnitude of Transformational Leadership Style Influence on Employee Performance PT. Catur Sentosa Adi Prana Serang, to determine the magnitude of Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance PT. Catur Sentosa Adi Prana Serang, and to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance PT. Catur Sentosa Adi Prana Serang. The suspect there are problems in PT. Catur Sentosa Adi Prana Serang. namely Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation is still not good that result in reduced performance of the employees of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation. This research method used in this research is descriptive method that is used to describe the nature or Characteristics of a particular phenomenon, and the methods used to analyze the causal relationship - the relationship between variables with one another and how one variable affects other variables. While data collection techniques used are through literatul related problems with observational studies. the sample used is 64 respondents. Furthermore, the data was processed using descriptive and statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS For Window Version 20. From these calculations obtained by the correlation coefficient R = 0.774 indicating there is a relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Assuming if Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation done well, it will be a positive mepengaruhi Employee Performance. To determine the level of influence, used Multiple Regression Analysis of known Y = 5.128 + 0.085 X1 + 0,601X2. Based on the hypothesis test is known that F count> F (45.666> 3.14), then Ho is rejected Ha accepted which means there is positive and significant impact among Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance on. PT. Catur Sentosa Adi Prana Serang
