Abstract

This study aims todetermine whether or not the effect of transformational leadership style and motivation intrinsic to the performance of employees through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study design used is descriptive and causal designs is to analyze the relationships between one variable with another variable using statistic. Methods of data collection in this study is a questionnaire or aquestionnaire. The sampling techniqueusedis the technique ofrandom sampling. The population of the research objectis PT.Parkland World Indonesia 2 with a sample of 75 employees. Hypothesis testingis done by linear regression analysis and path analysis (path analyze) by SPSS 20.0for windows. Based on the research results with significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1) Transformational Leadership Style not significant effect on job satisfaction with correlation coefficient 0.409 and the t (0.832) < t table (1.997), then H0 and H1 rejected; (2) there is no significant effect of Intrinsic Motivation on Job Satisfaction with the r value of 0.379 and the t (0.886) <t table (1.997), then H0 and H1 rejected; (3) there is no significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style on the Performance of the r value of 0.212 and the t (1.262) <t table (1.997), then H0 and H1 rejected; (4) there is no significant influence on the Intrinsic Motivation Employee Performance with r value of 0.074 and the t (-1.820) <t table (1.997), then H0 and H1 rejected; (5) there is no significant influence on the job satisfaction with the performance r value of 0.55 and t (0.593) <t table (1.997), then H0 rejected and H1 accepted.
