Abstract

The focus in this research is the effectiveness of organizational communication at the Local Revenue Office in Bekasi city, and the formulation of the problem in this research is how big the effectiveness of organizational communication at the Local Revenue Office in Bekasi City. The purpose of this research is knowing how big the effectiveness of organizational communication at the Local Revenue Office in Bekasi City. The methodology of this research is quantitative descriptive and the subject of this research is employee of the Local Revenue Office in Bekasi City, the instrument of this research is using the theory from Kriyantono which consist of 6 indicators that are communication climate, satisfaction communication, the dissemination of information, the load of information, the accuracy of information, and the organizational culture. Data collecting in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analyzing in this research uses one sample t-test with calculation result, it obtained figures that t count < t table = (-3.39 < 1.65) and then Ho is received and Ha is rejected and in the calculation reaches 57% of the rate of 60%. So the result of this research of the effectiveness of organizational communication at the Local Revenue Office in Bekasi City has been effective enough.

Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi fokus penelitian yaitu efektivitas komunikasi organisasi di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bekasi. Sedangkan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar efektivitas komunikasi organisasi di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bekasi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas komunikasi organisasi di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bekasi. instrumen penelitian di sini menggunakan teori dari Kriyantono yang terdiri dari 6 indikator yaitu iklim komunikasi, kepuasan organisasi, penyebaran informasi, beban informasi, ketepatan informasi, dan budaya organisasi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Dalam analisa data menggunakan t-test satu sampel dengan hasil perhitungan diperoleh angka t hitung < t tabel = (-3.39 < 1.65) maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak dan dalam perhitungan mencapai angka 57% dari angka yang dihipotesiskan yaitu 60%. Sehingga hasil penelitian efektivitas komunikasi organisasi di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bekasi dikatakan telah cukup efektif.
