Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine To determine the effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance and physical work environment influence on employee performance. In this research method used for analyzing used descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 82 respondents who use methods of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation results SPSS v.20 program, based on research results with significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1) Transactional Leadership Style on Employee Performance results obtained from testing the hypothesis thitung> t table (8.323> 1.989) then H0 and H1 accepted; (2) Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance results obtained from testing the hypothesis tcount <t table (3.784> 1.989). Then H0 and H2 is accepted, the PT. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia Cilegon-Banten. Keywords: Leadership Style transactional, physical work environment and employee performance.
