Abstract
This research is motivated by the problems that occurred in firms Citra Maja Raya JO lifecycle that his company is at the level Introducing. So this study is designed to help the passage of the company in order to achieve agreed objectives. From this research, the study of the problems of theory and previous research search then formulated three hypothesis H 1 , H 2 , and H are dependent .Variabel Employee Performance (Y), the independent variable is the Democratic Leadership Style (X1), Cultural Organization (X2), and Job Experience (X3). Total sample of 48 respondent using saturated sample. This study uses primary and secondary data from the Treasury Department Citra Maja Raya JO. Research hypothesis testing using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.0. The results of data processing showed that there are significant influence democratic leadership style, organizational culture and work experience on job performance of the Finance Department employees Citra Maja Raya JO Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Experience
