Abstract

This research was taken from formulation of the problem that may cause lower labour's job satisfaction at PT YKK AP Tangerang. This problem was indicate by the data of turn over on 2015 of period and exit interviews were also observed. Questionnaire were distributed to 83 staff; 83 valid questionnaire were collected and analyzed. The questionnaire contained items related with salary, physical work environment and labour's job satisfaction. In order to achieve valid data with a number of 30 statements The result of data processing shows that salary is positive significantly related with labour's job satisfaction at PT YKK AP Tangerang. Physical work environment is also positive significantly related with labour's job satisfaction at PT YKK AP Tangerang. Keywords : Salary, physical work environment, labour's job satisfaction
