Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO)of the Price to Book Value (PBV) and Return on Asset as an Intervening Variable. Research was conducted on the sub-sector Property and Real Estate period 2010-2014. This study uses firms in Property and Real Estate listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 until 2014 as the population which consist of 45 firms. There are 10 firms selected as samples using purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data obtained from published financial report in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis tool used was Path Analysis with 20.0 SPSS program. The result of this research showed the following resulst; Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) no significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Assets (ROA) positive and significant effect on the price to Book Value (PBV), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) a significant negative effect on the Price to Book Value (PBV), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). The result of Path Analysis showed that Return on Assets (ROA) can not moderate the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Price to Book Value (PBV) and Return on Assets (ROA) may mediate the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) against Price to Book Value (PBV) in the sub-sector firm Property and Real Estate.
