Abstract

This study aimed to get empirical evidence and find clarity about the effects of public accountability, transparency of public policy, budgetary participation, budget goal clarity and the managerial performance of the local work force. The population in this study is the regional work units as the city of Tangerang, with as many as 87 respondents. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents as many as 87 and only 60 questionnaires were returned. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) 20. Results from this study showed that public accountability, transparency of public policy, budgetary participation, budget goal clarity, positive effect on managerial performance SKPD. The consequence is that the higher the level of public accountability, transparency of public policy, budgetary participation and budget goal clarity, dining level managerial performance SKPD increasing.
