Abstract
This study aims to 1) analyze the influence of leadership parsiap against labor discipline teacher at Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis 2) analyze the effect of partially, motivation towards work discipline teachers, 3) the effect of simultaneously between leadership and motivation towards work discipline of teachers, as well as Which dominant influence between the variables of leadership and motivation to work, to work discipline teachers in Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang.This study used a qualitative approach with the approach survey method. Population of this research is all Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis bersetatus both civil servants and non-civil servants as many as 42 teachers. Data were analyzed using SPSS 17 by descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: 1) Leadership effect on the discipline teacher performance regression and correlation correlation koefisien 0,721, 2) Work motivation affect the performance of teachers to discipline koefisin regression and correlation correlation sebesarbesar 0,520, and 3) leadership and discipline simultaneously affect the working discipline teachers in Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. Leadership is a variable that has the most dominant influence on the level of discipline teachers in Public Junior High School 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. This can be explained that, employee discipline will always increase when more decisive leadership in implementing leadership in order to improve a good work ethic.It is recommended that every school that wants to improve work discipline teachers have principals who have the attitude and the nature of good leadership. In addition, the teacher must have a good motivation to work so that it will affect the work discipline.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan secara parsiap terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMPN 2 Pasarkemis 2) menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial, motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru, 3) mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru, serta manakah yang berpengaruh secara dominan antara variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SMP Negeri 2 Pasarkemis baik yang bersetatus PNS maupun Non PNS sebanyak 42 Guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 17. dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplinan kinerja guru dengan koefisin regresi dan korelasi korelasi sebesarbesar 0,721, 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplinan kinerja guru dengan koefisin regresi dan korelasi korelasi sebesarbesar 0,520, dan 3) kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. Kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan guru di SMP Negeri 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa, disiplin kerja pegawai akan selalu meningkat pada saat pimpinan lebih tegas dalam melaksanakan kepemimpinannya guna meningkatkan etos kerja yang baik. Disarankan agar setiap sekolah yang ingin meningkatkan kedisiplinan kerja guru mempunyai kepala sekolah yang mempunyai sikap dan sifat kepemimpinan yang baik. Selain itu juga guru harus mempunyai motivasi kerja yang baik sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja. | |||||||||
